Shengang Junior High School successfully conducted a baking workshop as part of Winter Camp 2024. This hands-on activity provided students with a unique learning experience, emphasizing practical skills alongside traditional academics. The workshop aimed to foster creativity, precision, and teamwork, contributing to a well-rounded education. By offering students the opportunity to explore the art of baking, the Winter Camp became not only educational but also enjoyable and memorable.

Baking is a delightful alchemy that transforms basic ingredients into delicious treats. Flour forms the structure, while butter adds richness. A sweet duo of white and brown sugar brings sweetness, complemented by cocoa powder for a chocolatey touch. Eggs provide structure and moisture, and baking powder works its leavening magic. Milk and yogurt contribute moisture and depth of flavor. Each ingredient, from the simplicity of flour to the decadence of cocoa, plays a crucial role, resulting in baked goods that are a perfect symphony of taste and texture.
